Family hotel ideal for children.. Good location, 1 minute from the beach 5 minutes walk from downtown.. spacious and comfortable room, recently renovated (corresponds with the photos).. bed was very big and you could choose pillows.. Well soundproofed, no sound of the room next door and very little of the street (room to the pool). Everything was very clean and cleaning staff was very attentive, they even made the baby's crib. good and varied food is worth half or full board. Calmly, you can park in the area without paying.
reception is very slow for any management, although there are two or even three people, only one attends the counter. I was travelling with a trolley and had to use the elevator and waiting times came to irritate (general comment of all guests). cleaning of the room takes a long time, it can even hinder your plan because at 15:00 it is not done yet.. There is only one dining room for such a big hotel, you may have to wait. bathroom is small compared to the room.. We had an incident with an expired picnic but the hotel responded correctly.

The hotel rooms were stylish and new-fashioned with PlayStations, balcony and new modern furniture. Also, location was magnificent and favourable, steps away from Passeig de Jaume I. This venue was in a beautiful area very close to main avenues and beach, and everything: restaurants and the like: )

Excellent location, just cross the promenade and you can access Salou Beach. good and varied buffet. We had half board MP, breakfast and dinner, hotel allows flexibility and change lunch for dinner. magnificent idea, we took advantage of according to the activities of our day. Grilled meat or fish, at the moment, is a very good offer from the cook. Varied fruit in good condition.
wifi system offered has no power and it has been practically impossible to connect us in the aparthotel, hotel. aparthotel has very little furniture in the kitchen area, is very difficult to cook and prepare. Juice for breakfast, coffee, can be improved, as well as pastries. Bathroom, Bathroom, difficult access, small old bathtub, danger of slipping (we almost fell) and soap dish stuck to the wall, prevents movement (we scrape our skin more than once).

The exceptional location in front of the sea, the large and complete rooms with views of the pool, the complex itself with its two pools, one for children perfectly meets the expectations for the stay. The area is quiet, the perfect breakfast. The kindness of the reception staff in solving any incident.
maybe the "negative" thing was that my mobile brand was unable to connect to the wifi, despite the instruction sheet they gave me to solve the problem. the failure of several TV channels that were not seen or were left framed or blurred on the screen. The mini bar, which is not a refrigerator, preservative, maintainer or whatever you want to call it, but a cold thing a few hours later, becomes natural. And finally, not as a criticism but as a tangible reality, if the hotel parking lot (paid) is full you have to look for life going around in the adjacent areas that are not blue zone and therefore paid. But all this does not detract in any way from the fact that I will not be staying there again.

As for me, rooms were soundproof with really comfortable big bed, they offered wake-up service. The breakfast was great and had a good choice of meals. The staff were affable and efficient, offered excellent services.
Didn't like the area, it was not good.

The friendliness and attention of the catering staff created a very familiar atmosphere, both breakfast and lunch and dinner were very good. A detail in the hours of the food, is that every day there were glasses of sangria or other things . The swimming pool is a luxury next to the Spa and free gym. The room we had was very nice, a lot of space and a lot of light.
The treatment at the reception could be very improved, both at the time of check-in and during the stay and at the check-out. We communicated that in the room we did not have WI-Fl and we could not use the computer, they did not facilitate us any solution, only a comment of which we were the only ones with that problem, another data on the reception is that the slogan to keep the suitcases does not have any control therefore anyone can take a suitcase that is not his . The cleaning ladies entered the room while we were inside, without asking permission and with the sign of not disturbing, at a very early hour while we were still sleeping.

We really liked our stay in the hotel, beach was on the doorstep the children were comfortable there was shows for the kids to do nearly every day. We were near everything in Salou. Hotel was well kept the staff were lovey, towels changed in the rooms when you needed clean ones, bar staff were really nice, yes we would stay there again.

The new rooms are very comfortable. The impressive buffets (although if you are a vegan you can only eat salads) The swimming pool. The kindness of almost all the employees. The corridors to get to the room with low lights and relaxing music! The free spa (although a bit small) the details of The Beach Bag and The Toilet Bag. A towel for the beach. Vegetable milk at breakfast.
The animation. I would like more shows like Brazil, Polynesia, flamenco, etc.. No vegan options (we all have the right to enjoy and it costs nothing to make good vegetables or salads without ham, bacon or tuna..) The breakfast time was just left because we had to line up (coffee, toast..) and we had to get up at 9/ 9:30 to have a quiet breakfast. I thought it was very strange that in the dinners they had a boy peeling and cutting fruit and in the breakfast it would not be more appropriate in the breakfast. The light on the terrace can't be turned off. The sink was stuck, we warned the first day and finally we left without them fixing it. On arrival I was supposed to have already paid a part of the reservation and they told me no, that I had to pay the whole thing and I ran out of money.

The food was really good too. We loved the buffet breakfast with so many tasty options. Just keep in mind that the kids' pool was a bit chilly, but it didn't stop them from having a blast 😊
